Acrylic Heat Bending
Merchandising Inventives exclusively designed heating trays allow us to manufacture a consistent, professional bend while working with all types of thermoplastic material. This is essential in producing strait-line or fold-over bends and capable of heating 1/16" to 3/8" thick thermoplastic material.
Precision Acrylic Gluing
We use SC-94 or SC125 acrylic glue. These glues have the highest bonding strength and create the least amount of bubbles possible. We use Weld On glue by IPS for fabricating other types of thermoplastic materials.
Acrylic Flame Polishing
We flame polish the material edges to create a smooth, glossy finish, adding value to the display.
